Jazz is perhaps the most adaptable of all music genres. Its extensive and varied repertoire fits the bill for all manner of events that require live music.
Comprised of veteran professional musicians Andrew Stack on guitar, Ryan Davis on drums, Joe Bourchier on bass and Gary Keenan on alto saxophone, organ and vocals, the Just Jazz Quartet delivers the goods. Both instrumental and vocal, the band's music draws upon the great American standards, blues, Latin, bebop, smooth jazz, ballads and originals.
The Just Jazz Quartet has performed extensively in Vancouver and environs at various venues, including outdoor concerts, wedding receptions, private parties, art galleries, corporate events, night clubs, restaurants, and regularly at the annual Vancouver International Jazz Festival.
