Gary Keenan - Alto Sax, Organ & Vocals

Gary KeenanBorn in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan into a family of musicians, Gary got started in music as a young boy singing in the local church choir and thereafter during his teenage years with different pop bands. Soon after moving to Vancouver to attend university, he took up the alto saxophone and piano and has been a professional jazz musician for 25 years.

Gary's musical abilities enabled him to travel abroad and he spent nearly five years performing in the leading hotels and other venues in the Mediterranean region, including Egypt and Tunisia. Upon returning to Vancouver, he met guitarist Andrew Stack. The two of them soon connected with Joe Bourchier and Ryan Davis to form the Just Jazz Quartet.
